Meetings

Within TEXMIN project there is planned: 6 Partners Progress Meetings, Multi-stakeholder Group Meeting on regional level, country workshops and a final conference promoting the project results and launching one of main project result: the Handbook on Indetification, Assessment and Management of Climate Change Impacts.

1st Partners Project Meeting

TEXMIN project was launched. The kick – off meeting was organized on 25th – 26th of September 2019 at Central Mining Institute (GIG) premise in Katowice (PL). During the meeting project partners presented planned work within WPs and tasks. The rules of project implementation, cooperation among partners and continuous reporting via Grant Management Service were presented.

 

           
   
           

  

2nd Partners Project Meeting
 
The 2nd TEXMIN partners meeting was held on the 18th/19th of February 2020 in Exeter, hosted by the University of Exeter. During the meeting project partners have the possibility to visit the Met Office in Exeter. The Met Office is the UK’s national weather service providing weather and climate-related services to the Armed Forces, government departments, the public, civil aviation, shipping, industry, agriculture and commerce. The Met Office comprises the Hadley Centre for Climate prediction and research.

3rd Partners Project Meeting

The 3rd TEXMIN partners meeting was held on the 18th of September 2020. Due to the pandemic situation, the meeting was held  via the online platform of WebEx. The Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) hosted the online meeting. General project progress and status of specific deliverables were summed up. Partners are going to organise regular bilateral workshops and meetings online for smooth tasks preparation.

4rd Partners Project Meeting

The 4rd TEXMIN meeting was held on the 22th - 23th of March 2021. Due to the pandemic situation, the meeting was held at a distance among involved partners via the online platform of MS Teams. GIG as Leader of the project hosted this online meeting. General project progress and status of periodic report and specific deliverables were summed up.

 

5th Partners Project Meeting

The 5th TEXMIN meeting was held on the 4th and 6th of October 2021. Due to the pandemic situation, the meeting was held at a distance among involved partners via the online platform of MS Teams. Subterra Ingenieria, S.L. hosted this online meeting. General project progress and specific deliverables were summed up.

 

6th Partners Project Meeting

From the 2nd to 3rd of June 2022 the 6th Partners Meeting took place in Spain. Subterra hosted the meeting. The meeting was organized in hybrid formula. General project progress and status of periodic report and specific deliverables were summed up. During the meeting the technical visit in Santa Bárbara Foundation in León was organized.

 

7th Partners Project Meeting

The 7th Partners Meeting took place in Poland from the 3rdto 5th of October. The meeting was hosted by GIG and organized in hybrid formula. The meeting was an opportunity to present and discuss the results of the project. The first day included bilateral meetings between partners who needed to co-organize some further works or coordinate the dissemination activities. The second day included a project summary conference open to stakeholders (more about it in a separate post). The third day included a field visit to the Historic Ignacy Mine in Rybnik, whose Glowacki Shaft was part of the project's pilot action.
